This is the Costa Rica fishing vessel the Rhino Charger of Rhino Charger Fishing Charters located in Tamarindo Bay which is in northwestern Costa Rica.

This Costa Rica fishing boat boast quite a few features that will make any Costa Rica sport fishing trip comforable and safe.

The Rhino Charger a 30-foot Island Hopper powered by a 450hp turbo diesel Cummings engine. With a top speed of 30 knots the Captain can have you at the best Costa Rica fishing grounds in quick fashion.

But The Rhino Charger is more than fast. She's comfortable and sports a tremendous 12-foot beam which means smooth dry rides. The huge open fishing cockpit allows enough fighting room to fish up to 7 people comfortably with plenty of extra room in the cockpit that provides plenty of cool shade.

And below deck, there's a V berth cabin and head for privacy. Custom designed in 2005, the American built Rhino Charger is as tough as her name, extremely stable and able to safely withstand anything the sea can dish out.

Costa Rica fishing means there is always a chance you will catch something very large, a marlin, giant tuna, or even a big grouper. With fish like these giants roaming the water in and around Tamarindo you can't have gear that's to good or to big.

Rigged for tournament class fishing, we use all new Shimano 30 lb to 50 lb stand up tackle. And for those big trophy sized fish we have all new Shimano Tiagra 50's and 80's. Equipment includes outriggers, fighting chair, transom door for those big ones, dive platform, dual Faruno fish finders and enclosed tuna tower with full electronics.

We carry all USCG safety equipment plus VHF radios, dual Furno GPS, chart plotters, auto pilot, global positioning emergency locator, on board international and local telephones.
